This 200-page document is the final report of the 18-month METROGOV project. METROGOV was an international study providing detailed information about regional government in eight European countries. The final report was produced as a wiro-bound brochure and an interactive PDF. An executive summary was typeset in six languages: English, French, German, Hungarian, Italian and Swedish.
