My approach I consider a strong work ethic and a practical design philosophy to be two of the key services I provide to clients. I have very high standards for my work and will push myself to design to the highest quality and accuracy.
Working with patient focus groups in the NHS has been one of my most valuable experiences as a designer, teaching me an important lesson: respect your readers. As a result, I take an empathetic approach to my work, putting myself in the user's place to anticipate how they will receive it. It is my belief that good design respects the user – communicating without patronising and challenging without confusing.
